2016 Games Masters
On Friday, we will be doing our rehearsal though Day 2, Events #3, #4, and #5.
On Saturday, rehearsal on Day 3, Event #6.
Being within a week of the Games, we need this focus: now is not the time to push. We can feel out these workouts, but we should not be going at these with intensity. Think 80% at most. Recovery is paramount.
On Monday at the Marriot Hotel, we have a conference room blocked off on the second floor to talk through strategy and mindset going into the week. We are looking forward to putting faces to names, and talking through these workouts. Details inbound to your inbox.
