Two-day peek behind the curtain →
+ Can I sign up for an Immersion or Consultation if I've never attended the Seminar?
You can, though we believe the most effective way to maximize your results is to first attend the Seminar. However, we realize getting to a one isn't always possible, so we've built in enough redundancies to ensure you get the most out whichever part of the program you choose, in whatever order you choose them.
+ Do you offer any personal consulting or coaching?
Between operating CFNE, coaching my athletes, programming for CompTrain and CompTrain Masters, running the East Coast Championship, doing seminars, and being on the board of a handful of other small businesses, I'm pretty booked. We've developed this program as a way to maximize my ability to help other affiliates without needing to first clone myself.
+ Can I earn CrossFit® Continuing Education credits for attending any of these?
Yes, for attending the Seminar will earn you 7 credits. (For more info about CF CEUs, visit certifications.crossfit.com
+ What time is the seminar?
We'll start right at 9:00am, and finish up approximately 5:00pm (depending on how many questions there are at the end of the day.) We'll break for lunch around noon.
+ Do we workout during the seminar?
+ Are there discounts if I want to attend with someone else from my affiliate?
There is. A single seat costs $475, while coming with someone from your affiliate will be $800 for the pair. Coming with two others will cost you $1,200, saving you $225 off the regular admission.
+ If I have specific questions for Ben after the Seminar, will he have time to answer them?
I will answer any and all questions during the course of the Seminar's 9-5 schedule. If you have bigger, or more specific questions, however, it may make sense for you to take a look at our Immersion or Consultation options.
